We are pleased to announce a call for papers for Volume 4, Issue 1 and Volume 4, Issue 2 of Human Rights in the Global South (HRGS). These forthcoming issues will explore the overarching theme “Rethinking Human Rights in the Era of Climate Crisis, Democratic Decline, and Digital Surveillance.”
We invite scholarly contributions that critically engage with the challenges and transformations facing human rights in these intersecting contexts.

We welcome doctrinal, empirical, and socio-legal pieces that engage critically with these topics from any disciplinary perspective. Interdisciplinary work and Global South viewpoints are especially encouraged.
